4. Refunds for Subscription Services

For subscription services:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not be renewed after cancellation.
  • Billing cycles that have already begun are generally non-refundable
  • Annual subscriptions can request a prorated refund within 14 days of the first payment
